 Thomas is a seasoned communicator and leader—part professional speaker, teacher, pastor, business owner, and Fortune 500 corporate sales trainer. He brings over three decades of experience working at the intersection of ministry, education, and business.

Alongside his wife Jennifer—his partner in life for over 30 years—Thomas has traveled the world, raised 4 children, and dedicated his life to loving people well. Their journey even led them to live in Costa Rica for a few seasons, where Thomas pastored a local church and served the community in meaningful ways.

With a deep passion for leadership, discipleship, and personal growth, Thomas is known for equipping others to lead with clarity and purpose.
